Traumvilla in grandioser Aussichtslage
Wir haben (Ehepaar, 3 Kinder) eine wunderbare Ferienwoche Anfang Juni 2020 in der Villa Alta Vista verbracht. Die Villa ist äußerst großzügig geschnitten, wir haben uns fast wie in einem Privathotel gefühlt. Lage und Aussicht auf die Karner Bucht und Rijeka sind grandios, die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, man ist umgeben von Wald und Vogelgezwitscher. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man ca. 10 Minuten, in Opatija ist man in 15 Minuten. Ein Traum auch der Wellnessbereich (beheizter Pool und ein wirklich großer Whirlpool, der perfekt auch bei schlechterem Wetter ist, da Indoor). Zudem sehr bequeme Betten, eine grandiose Dachterrasse, ein privater Minigolfplatz und und und. Kurz und gut: ein echter Sehnsuchtsort!
Best place we ever stayed in
We could not imagine or wish for a better place to stay during our holidays. The villa is beautiful and definitely the best place we've stayed so far and of all the villas we've seen. Greetings from the Netherlands
Stunning seaview, perfect spot
Perfect quiet location with a stunning seaview. Great facilities, we loved the outdoor places, heated pool, jacuzzi and game room. The Rooftop in the evening is amazing.....we will surely come back to this villa again!!

Everything was truly phenomenal. We cannot think of a more wonderful experience. We are a large family with 4 adult children and we found it so wonderful that we toured less and relaxed and enjoyed the villa more. We have NEVER been so rested after our 3 week stay. Also the Team at Marea Tourism was beyond attentive for our every request!
Architectural gem
Architectural gem with a great view of Kvarner, surpassed only by the hospitality of our hosts. Great place to relax, enjoy and just be. Made for a truly memorable family get-together and a New Year’s celebration! Highly recommended.
Traumhafte Villa für perfekten Urlaubsgenuss
Die Villa spielt alle Stücke, vom wunderschönen Blick über die tolle Ausstattung bis hin zum Spiel und Spaß. Es ist alles sehr geräumig und bietet 8 Erwachsenen genügend Platz für Gemeinsames und Rückzug. Der Wellness-, Fitness- und Spielbereich ist eine große Bereicherung.

“Traumhafte Villa und tolle Gastgeber”
Wunderschöne Villa in absoluter Traumlage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen sehr großzügig untergebracht, Pool, Wellness und Ausstattung lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick gehört auf eine Postkarte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Villa live genau der Beschreibung entspricht.
